DPD-SA Dosing Machine:

We offer DPD-SA mobile dosing machines from Hans Jensen Engineering for exact dosing of spices, powders and granulate on products passing by on a conveyer system. DPD-SA is very easy to use. Just place the machine, where you want to dose. Then adjust the height over the conveyer belt, the photoelectric cells for registration of the products, the dosing time and dosing intensity. Fill in the spice or powder and the system is ready for use.

 (Dry Powder Depositor - small applications) is capable of accurately dosing of predetermined level of powder/spices/flakes onto a product moving by on a conveyor belt with minimal waste.

Mutil-section models for applications wider than 400 mm are available. The dividing of sections provides the possibility of different application rates across the conveyor belt.
